Have A Nice Morning~~Breakfast at McD

My friends and I are loyal fans of McD's Breakfast. We often go there for breakfast before we go for classes. McD's Breakfast is tasty and unbelievable affordable when it has promotion for Weekday Breakfast Special starts from RM4.

A set of Sausage McMuffin with Egg + coffee/tea(M) cost only RM4.50. A set of Egg McMuffin with Chicken Roll+ coffee/tea(M) also cost RM4.50. Egg McMuffin is my friends FAVOURITE! She will definitely order for two in a morning for her breakfast. If not, she will not be delighted. Haha...^^

The muffins used are based on English traditional method. Freshly toasted muffins have a crisp exterior with a tantalizing fluffy inside which goes well with butter, jam, cheese, sausages and even eggs. This makes the breakfast at McD very unique and special. A cup of steaming, freshly brewed coffee or tea is available for free refills.

Chicken sausages at McD are healthy because they are not deep-fried but grilled with Southern style seasoning. The mouth-watering flavour is very tempting. Hash browns made from potatoes have a crisp crust and soft distinct pieces of potato inside. It has a perfect golden colour. That is why it become popular among prople.

As for me, my favourite is Hotcakes! A set of 2 pcs Hotcakes +coffee/tea(M) cost me RM4.00. Served with rich honey syrup poured over a little margarine, which slowly seep into the warm cakes. It is really a feast for both taste bus and tummy. Believe me, once you've tasted them, breakfast will never be dull again.

And now that's a breakfast worth waking up for!

So go McD for a healthy breakfast to enjoy a great start to a great day! =)

EAT FRESH!

~Roti Canai, Tosai & Chapati~Local Malaysian Indian Cuisine~

Mamak stalls had always been a favourite of mine when it comes to Indian food. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, Indian food is nice to eat and affordable.

Roti canai or known as roti prata is easily found in Malaysia. It composed of dough containing fat (ghee), egg, flour and water. It is flat, fluffy on the inside but crispy and flaky on the outside. It is served with dhal or curry. The common roti found is Roti Telur, Roti Bawang, Roti Tisu, Roti Sardin, etc.

The dosa or tosai is a crepe made from rice and black lentils. It is served by folded in half or rolled as in a wrap, but in both cases it is cooked on a single side. Alternatively, it may be flipped to cook on the other side and then served. Dosas are typically served with a side dish such as sambar (dhal), coconut chutney or curry. Masala dosa which is a dosa stuffed with spiced potatoes is consider the most famous among all dosas.

Chapati is made from wheat flour, 'atta', and water. It is kneaded into flat unleavened dough. Some salt or oil may be added to the dough and the top of it is slathered with butter or ghee. You may think capatis are plain boring. Yes if you eat it plain... Chapati is normally served with a few types of side dish with it. Curry, dhal, and kheema - egg, vegetarian, of meaty kheema. The taste is just so wonderful! Thus, chapati is my favourite among all Indian breads.

I have always find the Indian breads to be very soft and fresh...That is why I like it so much!

So does all this makes you hungry now?? And feel like go for Indian today?? Haha...^^
